1.Have a date night with yourself

With any relationship, putting in the effort will help maintain the balance. It's time to get all dressed and made up as you would in any dating scenario. Go wipe the dust off that cookbook that's been on your shelf forever, pick the most romantic recipe and open a bottle of your favorite wine and enjoy the serenity. “Spaghetti bolognese is the cliche that always works😉"

1. Mix both ingredients together and gently apply it to your face.
2. Wait for about 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off.
TIP! While your mask is setting, prep your bathtub for a relaxing soak.
3. Enjoy nourished and smooth skin for the rest of the week.

4. Do absolutely nothing. Boredom is great too!
We get stuck in our daily routines where there’s no time for boredom. We're so over-stimulated with news, products, trends, social media, ads, photos, likes and followers…that sometimes we forget how incredible it is to literally do nothing.
Try it!
When switching off your computer after a hard day of work, allow yourself to do nothing. Some say great ideas come from boredom...

Once you are done, write down 'What you love to do'. This list should include activities you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.
Gather all of these notes and find photos that inspire those visions. After you've created your manifesting board, hang it up somewhere where you can see it every day.
